Our customers have experienced considerable savings and a quick turnaround of repairs using this scheme, which we are now pleased to both extend and simplify

NEW for OLD - now just send in your instruments and/or*cables to receive high quality replacements

TRACEABILITY - all replacements, including the instruments* now come complete with a Trace System comprising a unique number on the instrument or cable and corresponding autoclavable record card

QUICK - we now hold increased stocks* of instrument patterns and the most common cables, enabling a speedy turnaround of items which would otherwise require repair

NEW INSTRUMENTS from your repair budget !!!!!!

* = new features (for example; you no longer need to send instruments and cables to qualify for Repair/Replacement - and you can include other instruments on the same repair order if you wish)
